Share accurate events

Use the actual date, address, organizer and participation requirements. Check for an existing listing before posting a duplicate. Don’t imply every vehicle is welcome at a restricted show. Add a charitable purpose only when the organizer has published it.

Cancel your event promptly if it will not happen. Report corrections on another person’s listing so the admin can review them.

Respect the people behind the vehicles

Ask useful questions, share updates and welcome different builds. Harassment, threats, hateful content, private personal information, scams and spam don’t belong here. Don’t use the directory to arrange illegal or dangerous driving.

Use Report on a comment for admin review. You can also hide a member’s comments from your own signed-in view. The admin may remove inappropriate content.

Use content you can share

Upload photos or logos you own or have permission to use. Don’t copy someone else’s entire event description or submit misleading images. Public visibility elsewhere does not grant permission to reuse an image.

Be clear about promotion

Advertising applications must come from someone authorized to represent the business. Only an event’s account owner can request its featured placement. Applications require review, and promotional placements are labeled.

Basic listings remain free. Paid booking is not enabled, and current approved promotional placements are complimentary. Never share payment-card information in an application or comment.
